By placing an order you acknowledge that you are entering a contract of sale with Lumeblock and subject to the Terms And Conditions

All orders are subject to the availability of the product and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch and delivery times will vary according to the availability of stock for a product. We are not liable for any delays in postage or delivery times that are out of our control. By signing a sales contract you agree to use a valid method of payment issued by a bank. Lumeblock has the right to refuse any request made by you.

Pricing And Availability 

while we aim to make sure all details and prices are accurate on our site, errors may occur (whether being system or process). If we come across an error in price, listing, stock, description or any other features we will attempt to fix it as soon as possible. If you made an order during this event we will notify you to reconfirm your order at the correct price or item, or give you the option to make a cancellation. 

Lumeblock reserves the right to cancel any order before delivery for any reason, including orders that were previously accepted. Reasons this may happen could be 

  • Natural disasters such as floods, storms, fires and more.
  • Attacks such as terrorism, war, cyberattacks or breach of security.
  • Items which were ordered had incorrect details, such as an error or mistake in price, description or any other features.
