REFUND POLICY
Change Of Mind
Lumeblock does not offer refunds for change in mind.
Returns Time-Frame
Returns And Refunds must be issued in the first seven days after receiving your items.
Defect or Faulty Product Policy
Returns And Refunds are available if the product is faulty or broken upon arrival, if the product gets damaged after delivery, a refund is not permitted. Images and a description is required when filling out a refund request.
How To Apply For A Refund or Return
If you believe that your product is faulty or damaged and want a refund, firstly contact us via Email, and add images and a description. We will notify you on the result of your application. If the refund is accepted, we will provide you with a shipping label and give you an address to send the product to. Afterwards, we will do a final check on the product in person to make sure the product is truly faulty, and if it is then we will contact you to give you your refund / return.
PayPal Refunds
If you payed for your product via PayPal, the money should be sent back into your PayPal balance.
Refunds are issued in Australian Dollars , (AUD) with PayPal's currency exchange rates.
